Softube Limit Pro is a true-peak limiter with three peak-suppression methods, because one limiter behavior does not suit every mix. Standard is the predictive workhorse. Adaptive slows down to spare low frequencies. Fast sits near clipping without clipping the signal. Release can follow transients or adapt, including by frequency.
Low Frequency Protection takes over limiting in the sub-bass. Metering covers true peak, peak, LUFS, loudness loss, and distortion, plus a distogram and a real-time peak suppression view. Gain Match and delta monitoring keep the comparison honest. Oversampling uses linear-phase filters. Limit Go, with Raw, Clean, and Safe, is included for the sessions that only need a style switch.
The intro is $99 from $149 through 7 November 2026, and Go alone is $89 from $99 on the same date. It runs as AU, VST, VST3, and AAX on macOS 14, 15, and 26 and on Windows 10 and 11, with a Softube account and iLok.
