PolySWAM is Audio Modeling's new polyphonic physical-modeling instrument. It keeps SWAM's real-time modeled behavior and adds voice allocation so chords and ensembles can play like a group of virtual players instead of stacked recordings. Not a sampler. Desktop public beta on macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows. iOS later.
Price checked 13 October 2026: $399 on the Audio Modeling page, with a 15-day trial. The preorder price of $279 / €279, verified 25 August 2026, was held until the official release. Mid-September 2026 desktop release. Mac beta requires Apple Silicon (M1 minimum, M3 recommended). Intel Macs are not supported. Buy it from Audio Modeling. We have not scored it.
