WHORL analyzes transient intensity and spectral weight, then sorts a loaded file into punchy attacks, tonal bodies, and sustaining textures. Those slices fire from a 16-step sequencer with a probability rhythm engine, Random Slices, Random Pattern, four MIDI-recallable slots, and a step FX matrix (distortion, delay, auto-pan, reverse, tape stop, filter). VST3, AU, standalone. About 50 MB.
