Il verdetto Dubspot

A reverb built as coupled rooms, not one hall. The live display, freeze, and inverse freeze are the product. $69 after a $49 intro.

Ideale per Producers who want an architectural multi-room reverb with freeze and a draggable signal-flow map.

Pros

  • Network of coupled rooms with resonant corridors, not a single-space algorithm
  • 13 room configurations and a live, draggable signal-flow display
  • Freeze and inverse freeze for tails that become pads or sculpting tools
  • 14-day full trial with no noise

Cons

  • More to learn than a two-slider hall
  • Not a convolution loader or a vintage plate
  • At $69 it costs more than several $50 room reverbs

Field notes

Panoramica

CORRIDOR is Quantastical Sound's network reverb. Instead of one algorithm simulating one space, several rooms run at once and bleed through resonant corridors. Thirteen configurations, a live draggable signal-flow display, freeze, and inverse freeze make up the published feature set. The engine started inside STRÄNG and now ships as its own effect.

It excels when you want architecture rather than a named hall. Place rooms, hear the coupling, freeze a tail into a bed, or invert that hold to sculpt. The price is $69, checked on 13 October 2026, with a 14-day full trial. The $49 intro ended on 14 September 2026. The current first look is W.A. Production Asymo Reverb.

The trade-off is focus. There is no convolution, no plate color pack, and more to learn than a size-and-mix reverb. At $69 it costs more than Valhalla Room or FutureVerb.

Compared with Valhalla Room, CORRIDOR is the multi-room instrument. Valhalla FutureVerb is the broader texture tool with a granular delay engine. Valhalla VintageVerb is the colorful vintage-digital alternative. Read the full CORRIDOR first look.
