Suno MIDI is MIDI file input on Suno's main Create page, added November 4, 2026. Drop a .mid or .midi file onto Create, or add it from the "+" menu, then describe in plain language how Suno should use it: follow your notes exactly, develop the motif into new ideas, or reinstrument the part.
The notes and chord progression can stay exactly as written while Suno generates the arrangement, performance, and sound. At launch it runs in Simple Create mode using the v6-wild model, and Suno says it plans to expand MIDI to more modes and models over time.
MIDI input is available to all Pro and Premier subscribers. Premier also unlocks the full Suno Studio DAW, which has its own timeline-based MIDI. Choose Suno MIDI when you can write a part but do not want to perform or program every instrument behind it. Read the full breakdown.
