SubCulture is Baby Audio's pitch-tracking bass enhancer, released in July 2026. Where most low-end tools add mud, SubCulture tracks the pitch of your bass in real time and generates subharmonics tuned to each note, so the weight it adds sits under the fundamental instead of fighting it.
The plugin combines three adaptive engines — Sub Layer for tuned subharmonic weight, Root Boost for a pitch-following fundamental EQ, and Resonance for analog-modeled warmth — with saturation, compression, a mono maker, and a global high-pass. It ships with 177 presets and runs as VST, VST3, AU, AAX, and standalone.
