It is deeper than a slicer. Four sound modules cover synthesis: SB301 is an analog-style monosynth with a four-pole ladder filter, PIVOT packs 14 engines spanning FM, granular, and physical modelling, CHIP delivers lo-fi console-style oscillators, and SEQ adds six sequencer types across eleven scales with MIDI-file playback. On the rhythm side, DROM is an 8-part drum machine with over 4,500 recorded one-shots, MASH builds one-shots by blending two sources, and UTIL bundles EQ, filter, compression, and a VCA.
The effects lean into destruction and motion: bit crushing (CRUSH), six distortion models (DIRT), stutters and signal collapse (FUXT), tape delay (DLYA), dark reverb (WERB), a sequenced filter bank (FILT), and a gating sequencer (GATA).
