The Remnant by All The Machines is an FM drone synthesizer built around eight voices that modulate one another through an 8x8 feedback matrix. Inspired by the SOMA Lyra-8 but using its own engine, it treats routing as the main instrument: change how the voices are wired and you change the entire character of a patch.

Released on 25 September 2026 for desktop, with an iOS version in review, it runs the combined output through four acoustic filters and adds a Drift engine, an Evolve system, and morphing snapshots so drones keep developing on their own. For the full breakdown, see the Remnant first look.
