Modartt Airteq is a physically modelled sound-design instrument released on 15 September 2026. It generates sound in real time from Dynamic Aerophone Modeling: airflow through virtual flute, reed, and mixture pipes, with per-pipe Pitch, Air, Volume, and Pan, plus an air envelope, two more ADSRs, three LFOs, and macros.
It ships as standalone, VST3, AU, AAX, and LV2 on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Official expression includes velocity, pitch bend, aftertouch, MPE, and breath or wind controllers. More than 170 factory presets cover pads, cinematic textures, airy tones, rhythmic pulses, and MPE patches. The perpetual price is €99 / $99, with a free trial on the official site.
