orph MONOCHORD is a chord instrument and harmony workstation: press one key and it plays a complete, correctly-voiced chord from its own sampled sounds. It ships with 600+ hand-voiced chords across 70+ tonal sets and 425 multisampled instruments in an 11.8 GB library recorded from 1980s-to-2000s hardware, including the Korg Wavestation and M1, Roland Jupiter-8 and Juno, Yamaha DX7, PPG Wave, Fairlight CMI and more.
Beyond chords, it adds a pattern and arpeggio engine, tempo-synced drum loops, and 15 effect and modulation engines, and it exports both MIDI and audio so ideas can move to other instruments. It runs as VST3, AU and standalone on macOS and Windows.
