The Anderson School is hosting its Fall Welcome Back Festival on Saturday October 3rd (Columbus Ave bt 76 & 77), and Dubspot will be there to provide an interactive opportunity for the school’s students to learn about electronic music and DJing.

Activities Include (in addition to Dubspot):

  • Recycled Art - Wingspan Arts will present a Green Kids’ Area with recycled arts and crafts projects. Teachers from the group will use everyday objects to create some not-so-everyday artwork.
  • Visual Education and Media - Will provide kids with a hands-on experience with modern technology and robotics.
  • The BioBus mobile, high-tech science lab will give kids a big picture explanation of the microscopic world.
  • Pure Yoga will provide 15 minute yoga classes for all ages from 2:30 to 5pm.
  • Solar 1 will make sundial watches and wind turbines for kids.
  • Cereal Box Collage will be run by New York pop artist Mr. Albert, an art workshop focused on children.
