Shakey’s Record Fair | Dubspot Blog

Saturdays and Sundays are not DJ friendly times for record shopping.  Fully aware of this fact given her years of experience in the electronic music scene, DJ Shakey has planned hers for a Tuesday night, to accommodate the actual hours of DJs and crate-diggers everywhere.

Happening 4 to 6 times per year, her record fairs include a variety of musical genres, from punk to techno, rap, experiment to latin, club, jungle, reggae, it's all there.

In addition to tons of quality vinyl,

  • Vendors will be selling various music-related merchandise and artistic creations.
  • Drinks & Refreshments – Crate digger DJs all night long
  • Contests & Giveaways from sponsors, Wax Poetics, Turntable Lab, Cine Noir Film Society, and Dubspot.

Next Event: Tuesday, September 22nd

Public Assembly / 70 N. 6th St / Williamsburg Brooklyn

(Take L Train to Bedford Stop)

7pm-4am, 21 plus, Cost: $3

“It’s a record fair…no, it’s a party, it’s a record fair AND a party!”
