Peter Kirn, who founded CDM, has grown this online magazine, community forum, and blog into the heavyweight it is today, involving a variety of steady contributors and receiving hundreds of thousands of visitors every month.  This dedicated base has come to know the site for its accessible, lucid, and thoughtful coverage of all things music and technology related.
