Funk Aid For Africa’s L.A. Release Party | Dubspot Blog

Funk Aid, Dubspot Records first release, and the beginning of charitable mix series by Dubspot to benefit children in need, will be having its L.A. release party on Friday, October 16th at the Dakota Lounge in Santa Monica.

DJ OBaH, the mixing mastermind of the project, will be spinning, along with J-Boogie, Glenn Red and Jeremy Sole. Two bands, Pleasuremaker and Simple Citizens, will also be performing.

The mix project was undertaken in association with NextAid, our L.A. based partner charity who help assure the funds proper use and allocation. They do amazing things, so be sure to check out the work they are doing, then buy the Funk Aid mix to support it, and if you in LA, come out to the party!
