On Monday, November 18th, 2013 9:15pm – 11:15pm, Dubspot will host a Maschine user group at our NYC location. Shareef and The Aqua League will be showing mixing techniques inside Maschine, using Maschine within a DAW and showing off some of the new features with Maschine 2.0. The Aqua League will be discussing music placement in film/TV.

Ironhorse Music Group’s in-house production team. The Aqua League has written and produced songs that has spanned network and cable television, documentary series as well as independent and major motion pictures. Between 2011 and 2013 alone, The Aqua League’s catalog has been a part of over $1.5 Billion dollars of media.
Since 2006, The Aqua League’s songs have been featured on shows like Blue Bloods (CBS), Millionaire Matchmaker (VH1), Cribs, Pimp my Ride, Super Sweet Sixteen, Made, True Life (MTV, MTV2) and a host of other reality shows, dramas and documentaries. The Aqua League had their first major motion picture placement in Universal Pictures Fast Five (2011).
The Aqua League has also produced and written for recording artists such as Euphon, Racq Dolo, The Sistah, Desireé Coleman, Ciph Diggy, Coole High, Top $ Raz, Hasan Salaam, and Eternia to name a few.
In 2012, The Aqua League became the recipient of the ASCAP Plus Award, an award from the performing rights organization, which recognizes a songwriter’s creative contribution to American music. Recently the songwriting/production team has had their music placed in Universal Pictures Fast & Furious 6 and Despicable Me 2 (2013).
